  • All Articles should be submitted before the advertised deadline for each publication.
  • The article title, full name, e-mail address and a biographical sketch of the author should appear on the cover page.
  • MOTBIT accepts research articles that have not been previously published and are not simultaneously being considered for publication elsewhere.
  • The maximum length of articles is between 3,000 and 6,000 words.
  • Articles must include an abstract about 150 words summarizing the main points of the article.
  • The Chicago Style of Referencing, 16th Edition MUST BE STRICTLY FOLLOWED.
  • Articles must be numbered consecutively, double-spaced, and complete with bibliographical references and any footnotes or tables. Titled tables and captioned figures must be professionally done and legibly cited in the text.
  • Essays/Papers not thoroughly Proofread WILL BE REJECTED.
  • Computer-generated Bibliography ARE NOT ACCEPTED!
  • All articles are subject to peer-review and copyedit for publication.
  • MOTBIT supports the use of gender-inclusive language.
  • Responsibility for opinions expressed and for the accuracy of facts published in articles rests solely with the author(s).
  • Acceptance of article implies assignment of copyright by its author(s) to MOTBIT.
  • Articles should be submitted electronically in MS Word format by email attachment to info@motbit.org
